Am I sabotaging my entrance into my dream job by not censoring myself?

I was worried about that.

But then I realized that no one is helping me anyway.
The only person that offered to help me immediately shares my views.
He wanted to help simply because he was excited to find another one like him.
Be he actually used the word “Underground.”
How sad is that?

I’m different.
But I like to think I’m different because unlike many, I actually think for myself.

Maybe when I get through with school again and I move, I can get some help, but I’m not banking on it.
I’m betting on my making enough to get a small crew together, some talented non-actors, and a decent camera, and then submitting to festivals.

This may never happen and sometimes it’s really frustrating, but I’m not going to give up on it, even if some people tell me I have to conform to make it.
